AMR Trip (AMR Air International) authorities do not encourage customers to keep extra amounts of money in their AMR Trip (AMR Air International) accounts. If customers do so, they will not be able to withdraw the extra amount. However, the amount can be utilized for issuing tickets or availing of any services. AMR Trip (AMR Air International) reserves the right to release or hold the amount based on different situations.

When we place Service Elements on our Site, we invite you to make an offer for their purchase. You do not make this offer until you press "Book." If the relevant Service Element is available, your Booking will be processed. The contract is formed when payment in full is received. The contract between you and the relevant Travel Supplier will only relate to those Service Elements confirmed by email with ticket numbers for air travel or reservation numbers for hotels, cars or activities.
We provide cancellation or amendment deadlines along with any cancellation charges that may apply if canceled or amended after the Deadline. Please read it carefully prior to any booking.
A no-show by the guest without prior information will be considered a cancellation for Hotel, Tours & Transfers and for Flights as per the Airline/Supplier policy. No refunds will be applicable in the case of no-shows for Hotel, Tours & Transfers and for Flights as per the Airline/Supplier policy.
Re‑issue or date changes of any service will be as per the supplier’s policy. Eligibility, deadlines, and charges vary by fare type and carrier. We will advise applicable fees before processing a change.
Refunds are governed by the airline/supplier’s rules printed on the issued air tickets or shown on the booking. Necessary charges will be deducted as per bank and airline policies. Processing times vary by supplier and may take several business days after confirmation.
All rates presented on our website are inclusive of all taxes and service charges except any city taxes, resort fees or other charges directly payable at the hotel by the guests. You will be responsible for reviewing the breakdown of the rate before booking any service.
Rates displayed on the Air International website are subject to currency fluctuations. There may be slight variations in the published rates on a daily basis reflecting currency exchange rate movements. Once your booking is complete and you are charged, there is no refund for price differences due to rate changes.
We cannot be held responsible for your clients purchasing travel services from you. The resale of our travel services is solely your responsibility. We do not accept any liability for onward sales to a client nor for anything that may go wrong with a travel service. We are also not responsible for any disputes between you and your client arising from the onward sale of a travel service.
We only show information provided by our suppliers. You are responsible for reconfirming these details to your clients prior to charging them.
If your customer is denied entry to any country and fined for false VISA or passport issues, you will be responsible for paying the fine.
You can book tickets worldwide using our website. Please note that seat, meal, frequent flyer and other special requests are not guaranteed. The airline reserves the right to revise requested seat allocations without notification. We recommend contacting the airline directly to confirm these requests.
If your customers have excess baggage, they will have to pay any excess baggage fees assessed by each airline. For connecting flights with multiple airlines, customers may need to reclaim and recheck bags at the connecting airport. In these cases, any excess baggage fees will apply. We recommend traveling light to reduce these costs.
Airlines have differing rules and policies regarding schedule changes, which are beyond our control. Air International does not assume any liability for canceled flights, missed flights or flights not connecting due to schedule changes. We will inform you about changes after being notified by Airlines or Suppliers, and it is your responsibility to inform your customers.
Package rates are valid as per our specified validity dates and room categories. Hotel rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions, blackout periods and special events. A surcharge will be levied in such cases.
Photos of hotels and information provided regarding services, amenities, products, etc. are provided by the supplier. AMR Trip (AMR Air International) accepts No Responsibility for any updated changes by the supplier. Specific features such as bedding types or non-smoking rooms are requests and not guaranteed unless specified by the hotel. Neither AMR Trip (AMR Air International) nor the hotel guarantees that your requests will be honoured.
No amendments (name changes, date changes, hotel changes, etc.) will be made once the booking is confirmed.
Air International processes visas for popular destinations worldwide. For places requiring individual submission, we only process the documents for the client. Clients must attend embassy interviews themselves if needed. We do not provide any assurance of obtaining a visa, as that depends solely on the embassy.
