How your payment is
processed
Gateways: Card and local payments are handled by our PCI DSS–compliant payment gateways (e.g. SSLCOMMERZ). We may use more than one gateway depending on currency, card brand or region.
Non-card payments
We support local methods via our gateways (availability varies by country): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, internet banking and others. These complete on the provider’s secure pages/apps. We never see your wallet PIN or bank credentials.
What we (don’t) store
Refunds & disputes
Refunds are returned to the original payment method only, per airline and gateway rules. Timelines depend on airline approval and bank cycles. See our Refund, Cancellation & Void Policy for details.
How you can stay safe
Short version for checkout: Secure payment via PCI DSS–compliant gateways. We don’t store card details. All data is encrypted with TLS 1.2+, eligible cards use 3-D Secure/OTP. Local methods (bKash/Nagad/etc.) complete on the provider’s secure pages.
