Secure Checkout - bank grade encryption, 3 - D secure and no card storage at AMR

How your payment is
processed

    Gateways: Card and local payments are handled by our PCI DSS–compliant payment gateways (e.g. SSLCOMMERZ). We may use more than one gateway depending on currency, card brand or region.

  • No card storage at AMR: AMR Air International (AMR Trip) does not store your full card number, CVV or PIN. Sensitive card data stays with the gateways and/or your issuing bank.
  • Encryption in transit: All traffic between your device and our servers/gateways is protected with TLS 1.2+ and HSTS.
  • 3-D Secure (SCA): When supported by your bank (Visa/Mastercard/Amex/UnionPay), you’ll confirm with an OTP or app prompt to verify you’re the cardholder.
  • Risk controls: CVV/AVS checks, device & risk scoring and velocity limits help block suspicious activity.
  • Tokenization (when enabled): For saved-payment scenarios, your card is represented by a token stored with the gateway—your full card never touches AMR systems.

Non-card payments

    We support local methods via our gateways (availability varies by country):  bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, internet banking and others. These complete on the provider’s secure pages/apps. We never see your wallet PIN or bank credentials.

What we (don’t) store

  • We do not store full PAN, CVV, track data or PINs.
  • We keep limited masked details (e.g. last 4 digits, card brand, token, authorization result) and payment metadata required for receipts, refunds and dispute handling—secured with role-based access and logging.

Refunds & disputes

    Refunds are returned to the original payment method only, per airline and gateway rules. Timelines depend on airline approval and bank cycles. See our Refund, Cancellation & Void Policy for details.

How you can stay safe

  • Pay only on pages that start with https:// and show our amrairint.com or amrtrip.com domain.
  • Never share OTP/3-D Secure codes with anyone. We’ll never ask for them.
  • If you suspect fraud, contact your bank/wallet provider immediately, then notify us.
  • Short version for checkout: Secure payment via PCI DSS–compliant gateways. We don’t store card details. All data is encrypted with TLS 1.2+, eligible cards use 3-D Secure/OTP. Local methods (bKash/Nagad/etc.) complete on the provider’s secure pages.
